This collaboration marks an exciting new chapter for us as we continue to build our presence in North and West Yorkshire, delivering exceptional, bespoke homes while strengthening our ties within the local community.

For over 35 years, we have built a reputation for creating beautifully designed, high-quality homes, and this partnership allows us to engage with Leeds United fans throughout the matchday experience at Elland Road. Through digital stadium platforms and business networking opportunities, we look forward to increasing our brand awareness and connecting with like-minded businesses, landowners, and potential development partners.

This partnership is a celebration of our continued success, and 2024 is set to be a landmark year for Park Lane Homes. In January, we were honoured to receive a national award at the LABC Building Excellence Awards in London for ‘Medium Development of the Year 2023’ for our St Mary’s development in Boston Spa. In August 2024, we won the regional award for ‘Small Development of the Year 2024’, and we are now shortlisted for the national award in January 2025.
