    A One-Off Luxury, Award Winning Development By Park Lane Homes

    Bringing the finest traditions in bespoke house building to the creation of this genuinely unique detached home, a one-off design which blends elegant external detailing with stunning contemporary interiors. Providence House provided versatile and exceptionally spacious living which catered for every conceivable comfort and lifestyle need. Providence House was completed and handed over in September 2018.

    An Award Winning Home

    Winner Of The 2018 Premier Guarantee Excellence Award

    In October 2018 Park Lane Homes were announced as national winners of the Prestigious Premier Guarantee Excellence Award for Providence House, in the category of ‘single unit development’.  The judges had high praise in their feedback comments over all aspects of the project, complimenting Park Lane Homes on the attention to detail and high standards of finishing.

    Land Clearance & Ground Work

    With the assistance of specialist land clearing machinery this substantial plot was cleared safely and green waste recycled to use for biomass fuel.

    Walling And Roofing

    The principle elevation was constructed of an Ashlar Yorkshire sandstone, with remaining elevations in a split faced Yorkshire sandstone and covered in a blue slate roof. Stone features including plinth courses, door surrounds and a porch canopy were also added to further enhance design. The choice of materials used will ensure that this substantial detached home will fit perfectly into the prevailing character of its surroundings.

    Joinery And Ironmongery

    Natural timber sliding sash double glazed windows and hardwood external doors were used.  A painted finish was applied to the moulded skirting boards and architraves along with a bespoke moulded internal doors chosen by our client.  The ironmongery throughout the properties was designed to enhance the doors and add the perfect finish. The principle staircase was carefully designed as a focal point of the property, with a combination of colours used.

    Yorkshire Living At Its Finest

    Collingham is a beautiful Yorkshire village situated between Linton and Wetherby. The village has a mix of Georgian, Victorian and 20th century housing. The area surrounding Harewood Road has primarily detached homes, while the houses near Wetherby Road are some of the oldest. 


    With plenty of amenities, excellent schools and parks as well as close proximity to the city centre, Collingham is the perfect neighbourhood for families.
