It’s a small development with seven houses, and the build quality is very high. Every detail is carefully considered, and the finishing is excellent. We met with the developers, Brian and James, who are very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly committed to developing their properties to a higher standard. We absolutely love our kitchen; it’s so bright and airy with bifold doors that flood the room with light and really connect our home to the outdoors. We’ve lived here for four weeks, and Lisette in the office has been dealing with a few snagging issues we have had in a very positive and helpful way. We’re looking forward to the future living here at Granby Farm and would absolutely recommend Park Lane Homes to anyone looking for a high-quality home.”
