Meet The Park Lane Homes Team

Managing Director

Brian Andrew Clink MCIOB

With nearly four decades of construction experience and a career built from a practical trade background, Brian brings a craftsman’s eye for detail and a Chartered Builder’s professional approach to leading Park Lane Homes. He takes personal pride in getting things right, from the quality of the workmanship to the care and thought behind each home.

Managing Director since April 2016, Brian combines respect for the company’s heritage with a clear ambition for its future. His focus is on creating distinctive, thoughtfully designed homes that bring together lasting quality, modern comfort and energy efficiency.

Brian’s commitment to the industry extends beyond the business. He served on the Leeds Hub Committee of the Chartered Institute of Building until 2021, contributing his practical experience and supporting the profession that has shaped his career.

Away from work, Brian enjoys the outdoors, whether running the trails, cycling or spending time on the water. His idea of relaxation has been known to include a 100-mile sportive or a 24-hour running relay, although a waterside walk with the family and Labrador Harry, followed by good food and a drink, is equally welcome.

Land & Sales Director

James Clink

Initially joining the company part time whilst studying a diploma in construction, followed by a degree in quantity surveying James became full-time in 2009. He has since gathered experience across different areas of the business from site management to sales and development land acquisition.

Retirement led role restructuring within the business in April 2016 provided the opportunity for James step up to Director level where he looks forward to many successful years with Park Lane Homes.

James likes to keep fit by cycling, running and high intensity interval training. Socially he enjoys local pubs, restaurants and is a keen and accomplished cook who delights in entertaining friends and family. Other interests include motor racing, boxing, gardening, local family walks, wildlife and traveling.

Office Manager

Judith

Judith joined Park Lane Homes in 2022, bringing extensive experience in team management and office operations, including 15 years within the construction industry. Her broad skillset and practical, organised approach make her a valued member of the team.

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, Judith supports the directors and wider team across business administration and construction-related matters. She brings care and attention to the details that keep a busy property development business running smoothly.

Away from work, Judith enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her grandchild, as well as enjoying the company of her beloved dogs and time in the garden.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR & TECH MANAGER

Robert

With five decades of experience across building and civil engineering, Robert brings extensive technical knowledge and a practical understanding of construction. A graduate in quantity surveying, he achieved Fellowship of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) during his career. He also holds qualifications in waste management.

Away from work, Robert enjoys keeping fit at the gym, countryside pursuits and conservation.

FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN

Brian Clink

As founder of Park Lane Homes, Brian established the commitment to quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that continues to shape the company today. He remains Chairman, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business now in the hands of his sons, Brian and James.
