Managing Director
Brian Andrew Clink
With valuable practical experience gained from a trade background and a stickler for procedure and quality, Chartered Builder Brian demands that work is completed to the highest standards.
Moving up the Managing Directors seat in April 2016, Brian is keen to build upon the company’s historic successes well into the next generation. Brian served on the Leeds Hub Committee of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) up to 2021 where he enjoyed giving back to the construction industry.
To relax Brian challenges himself cycling the odd 100 mile sportive or running 24 hour relays! He is active at a local running club where he particularly enjoys easy paced trail running. But Brian says he is most relaxed when on or alongside water, enjoying walking, running, cycling or boating activities together with good food and drink with family and friends.
Land & Sales Director
James Clink
Initially joining the company part time whilst studying a diploma in construction, followed by a degree in quantity surveying James became full-time in 2009. He has since gathered experience across different areas of the business from site management to sales and development land acquisition.
Retirement led role restructuring within the business in April 2016 provided the opportunity for James step up to Director level where he looks forward to many successful years with Park Lane Homes.
James likes to keep fit by cycling, running and high intensity interval training. Socially he enjoys local pubs, restaurants and is a keen and accomplished cook who delights in entertaining friends and family. Other interests include motor racing, boxing, gardening, local family walks, wildlife and traveling.
Office Manager
Judith
Judith joined Park Lane Homes in 2022, bringing to the group her notable experience managing teams across the industry, 15 years of which in construction. With a varied and wide ranged skillset she has quickly proved her worth, becoming a highly valued member of the team.
Judith’s role involves professionally managing the office in non-construction matters, and a number of construction related matters too, keeping the wheels of the machine on track and running smoothly.
As a first-time grandparent, she values time spent with family, her beloved dogs and the garden.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR & TECH MANAGER
Robert
Away from work Robert enjoys time at the gym, taking part in countryside pursuits and has a keen interest in conservation.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Lisette
In her spare time Lisette attends ballet classes, catches up with friends and enjoys long walks in the countryside with her family and cocker spaniel.

Founder of Park Lane Homes, Brian has a wealth of experience in the construction industry. His commitment and understanding of design and detail are testament to the projects Park Lane Homes has delivered and continues to deliver.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys his cars, motor racing, sailing, cycling, and walking.
