Our Story

Park Lane Homes are an independent, largely self-funded and family run luxury home developer with offices based in North Leeds. Founded in 1990 by Brian Clink, Park Lane Homes today is enjoying success in the second generation.

Operating in the top end of the housing market, we work closely with our clients building characterful bespoke homes of exceptional quality in some of the most desirable geographical locations across West & North Yorkshire.

Our attention to detail and high quality approach to construction has lead to us being recognised on a regional & national level, where we have been both finalists and award winners in the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards.

Our Team

Park Lane Homes are a friendly, family run business. We are a professional and close-knit team with very low staff turnover. Our employees are valued for the contribution they bring to our business and we strive to look after our people professionally and personally. Professionally, we invest in skills and development training while personally; we encourage our team to have a healthy work-life balance.
