Attractively situated in the idyllic village of Weeton, Bridge House Farm is a unique development of two sympathetic barn conversions which combine the traditional rural charm of the original farm buildings with an advanced contemporary design and a specification to deliver the best in aspirational living.

These dilapidated old farm buildings had not seen much love for many years. We acquired the substantial plot of land and set about creating the vision for what would eventually be Bridge House Farm, completed in the summer of 2017.

Timeless Classics

Luxury & Effortess Style

The beauty of buying a Park Lane Home, where new-build homes meet classic style, is that the interiors are modern, airy and full of life whilst still retaining a timeless elegance.

Walling & Roofing

A coursed reclaimed Yorkshire stone was used to all elevations and covered in blue slate roofs. The choice of materials used will ensure that these substantial homes fit perfectly into the prevailing character of these delightful properties.

Joinery & Ironmongery

Natural timber double glazed windows and hardwood external doors were used on all of the properties. A painted finish was applied to the moulded skirting boards and architraves and a number of the internal doors were beautifully finished in a natural oak veneer. The ironmongery throughout the properties was designed to enhance the doors and add the perfect finish. Each staircase was carefully designed as a focal point of the property, the principal elements included the hand rails, newel posts, spindles and strings made from natural oak.
